*A. All controls are very stiff, and freedom of movement is restricted. It |
|||
appears as though the aircraft has sat exposed to the weather for a long |
|||
period of time. Lubrication may help. Elevator push tube is painted at |

point it passes through guide tube, which appears to restrict movement. |
|||
Lower aileron bellcrank rubs bottom fuselage fabric with flaps retracted, |
|||
and will eventually wear through. |

in places. Firewall shows corrosion at the bottom front |
|||
*D. Top left mount appears to have been previously repaired and appears |
|||
as though it is currently cracked. All mounting hardware appears to be |

Comments from our Customers:
"Thanks for being so cordial with Dennis and taking the
time with him during
his inspection of the plane. I believe the plane is priced fairly and is a
good buy - not an issue. " DC
"Thanks so much for checking the plane out for me. I think you did an excellent job on the report and the pictures. You saved me a long trip, because I would not have flown that (plane) either. I would not even have something like that hanging around my hanger. Thanks again: (Money well spent)." DS
